Strength and tightness tests
On our strength and tightness benches we test your fittings, valves and pipe components with regard to:

- Strength/tightness up to 200 bar for gases
- Strength/tightness up to 10 mbar(abs.) for vacuum
- Burst pressure for incompressible media

Endurance tests
In our endurance test benches we stress your valves to the limit. In this process, your component can be tested with different types of stress:
- Different flow rate up to cavitation
- Abrasion (for example with silica sand)
- Operating of your valves
- Pressure or pressure pulses with adjustable amplitudes and frequencies
- Temperature due to flow or surroundings
- Vibration on pipe compensators

Material tests
On our test benches we evaluate the compatibility of nonmetallic materials for oxygen service.
- Autogenous ignition temperature (AIT) in high pressure oxygen
- Testing of materials for ignition sensitivity to gaseous oxygen impacts
- Testing of materials for aging resistance

DIN EN ISO 11114-3, EN 1797, ISO 21010, ASTM G 114-14
