On our air and water benches we measure for your valve:
Flow coefficient (KV-/CV-value)
KV-value measurements for:
- Nominal flow coefficient (KVS-value) for fittings/valves
- Inherent flow characteristic curve (KV-value-curve) for control valves
- according to DIN EN 60534 (1267), ANSI/ISA S75.02.01, VDI/VDE 2173
- nominal size DN 6 - 900
- KV-value up to 10.000 m³/h *
- with water/air flow
- measurements with refrigerants also possible on request
* larger KV values can be determined with blower
Other measurable factors according to DIN EN 60534:
- Pressure recovery factor (FL -value)
- Critical pressure drop ratio (xT -value)
Friction factor (zeta-value)
- nominal size DN 6 - 900
- with water/air flow
Sound pressure level (xfz-value)
for flow through valves or pipe components
- according to DIN EN 60534-8
- nominal size up to DN 100
- with water/air flow
Functionality and performance of safety valves
(Functional tests/Kd -value)
- Type testing with third party
- Functional tests and flow tests
- according to DIN EN ISO 4126, VdTÜV AD 2000 Merkblatt A1 and A2
- nominal size up to DN 100
- max. pressure up to 24 bar
- with water/air flow
